In mars the main character guy Rei Kashino turns out to a psychopath. He seems normal in the beginning. But you just wait. The girl is also half crazy. Another character that come up later on in the story is Masao Kirishima a bishouen who should be in a mental hospital with a white restrain jacket. There are other side character guys who are half crazy I dont want to spoil you so I wont tell you who the rest of the characters are...(>o<)

@foreverfree123: holy smokes, really? That's actually frightening because although I have mild doubts about Rei even at the start (where I'm at), I never imagined anything like this. Although it's perfect since it gives me another reason to bump this manga up on my reading list...
Edit: Lol, just realized that your cute icon may have creepy connotations in this psychopathic thread! THE SMILEYS, THEY ARE A-PLOTTING! 🤣 No, really, cute icon. 🙂

There's always Death Note if you're interested in a philosophical spin on any of that.
And Monster. Jonah is pretty bishie, although the art is on the grungy-rough side.

You're So Cool
Life (not really the main, MAIN characters but you get a good amount)
Battle Royale
GOTH
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro (no.1 recommendation) edit: not really a psychopath but more of a sadist

Depending on which chapter you'd like to refer to for his looks, Nishi from Gantz can be considered as one. I have to repost the following meme

On top of that, I have to second Goth. So basically, whenever Kanata Hongo ends up playing some sort of psycho in a live action remake of a manga, usually it's because that character is indeed a bishie psychopath 🤣

Yellow Heart -- maybe? I guess they're mostly just messed up, not psychos
Fire Candy
Lol yep, I think Yonekura Kengo just likes to make hot male characters (duh, she's a female hentai artist 😀 ) who, if not cute and getting toyed with by a cougar, is slightly psycho or just violent and dealing with psychological problems.

This is prominent in Hwang Mi-Ri works, but the only ones done right are:
The two main males, but it doesn't constitute as a love triangle. Only one veers into psychopath land, but that doesn't stop the other one from being scary (early on)
Both guys again and it may be a love triangle if you can pin-point any "love". I enjoy the art in this better than any other on Hwang Mi Ri's page. It may have something to do with the scanlation being cleaned better.
One of the males. I don't remember if it was his appearence that came late or his psycopathic trait. He tops the above pretty easily and is more of a yandere.
Like Dai in Let Dai, they have some redeeming quality (possibly) or they might change their tune (not very much actually). I have to second Pandora Hearts. Mars has been directly stated to be a realm of those with mental quirks. Life does have a bishie guy but he just goes off the radar for a long period of time. The guy in Code Breaker fits.
I like my men androgynous.

Hmm, does Cheese in The Trap (manhwa) count? You can say that it's a normal college students love story, but in the other hand everyone reading it knows that something's wrong with the lead male character Yoo Jung.

Please don't read the tags of this comic, if you want the element of suprise to be there..
This is a good work by the way...

Doesn't sound like there're bishounen in the ones you've suggested though, from the categories and summary. Are there any?
