what is the one manga should every otaku should read? (your opinion)

I totally second that. Ironically, I haven't heard bout the title of the manga untill recently. ;__;

And also, the legendary mangas like
Doraemon
Dragonball
Crayon Shin-chan
Hokuto no ken

a true definition of classic...and yet memorable..(in my point of view, that is)
