I second Oboreru Knife; the main character is really pretty, and the art is just great (and quite unique! 😛 ). The only problem is probably that the english translations are slow; they're stuck at volume 8 whilst Korean translations are at vol 14. In Japan, the manga is already complete with 17 volumes.
Imo girls in Okazaki Mari's works are always pretty; especially Minami Fujii from Sapuri and Aoki Kaoru from &.

Aoyama Tsukiko Desu! definitely fits the bill for an expressionless heroine. The art is also pretty nice.
Sawako from Kimi ni Todoke kind of fits. At the start of the manga everyone thinks she looks scary but as she gains friends and increases her self confidence she becomes more beautiful to those around her and she also becomes popular. To be honest all of the girls in the manga are super pretty. The art isn't perfect at the start but it's beautiful in the latest chapters.
The heroine in Hanada is popular because she is beautiful and charming. The art isn't the best but I wouldn't say it's bad. It's by Nakahara Aya so if you enjoy comedy you'll definitely love it.
And if you want to try something completely different. The heroine in Uchuu o Kakeru Yodaka starts off beautiful and popular but then the body-swap happens... The art is really great.

None of the female protagonists in the following mangas are expressionless, but they're undoubtly beautiful~
Tiara - arrogant, funny and high of herself, yet lonely and sincere. Also
she turns out to be a princess Must see
Show Princess - great singer, idol.
Absolute Witch - witch, arrogant, oblivious
They all have really good art, have romance and all but Show Princess are fantasy.
"No single raindrop thinks it is responsible for the flood." Implying that every time you repeat a habit, it's another .001 figure added to your risk of suffering finite oblivion.

Alright. The main character in Orange Marmalade, as well as Cynical Orange. I probably know more but can't think of any right now... wait, Abide in the Wind too

How about "Pellua Iyagi" (Also called A Tale of Felluah)?
It's a lovely, somewhat-slow manga. I've always enjoyed reading this, especially the main characters and the setting. Maybe the art style won't pique your interest, but you should give it a shot 🙂
