I'm looking for a romance when an evil guy falls in love with a girl on the good side. To be more specific, I don't want deliquent+good girl school setting.
I want the guy to be with an evil organization or wants to rule the world or something like that 😃 XD Then, the girl will show him a heart/love. Y'know, the cliche goodness! 🤣
Examples could be:
Vegeta and Bulma from DBZ
Nephrite and Molly/Naru from Sailor Moon etc...
I think you have the idea with Vegeta and Bulma already though
Please, just no Yaoi/Yuri, Harems, etc 😀

My first impression on this manwha was its 'outdated' art, but dont let that bother you, the plot is AWESOME. Especially the characters. the art gets better.

It's the female who's the evil one, but Superior is a great example of what you're looking for. She's the demon lord which killed a giant chunk of the world and no one can oppose, who's completely taken when she meets the "hero" chosen by humans to assassinate her. Great read and very beautiful art.
On another note, I remember in the Sailor Moon anime one of the earlier arcs has one of the villians fall in love with Sailor Moon's best normal friend.
He's killed right when he decides to become good, though.

Man, I totally blanked at this.
The best I could come up with is Ayashi no Ceres, which is very minor and only at the beginning because the bad guy goes to the good side (obviously 🙄 )
Maybe Tokage? It's not really romance. Tokage, a cursed soul, enters the body of a newly dead girl named Yuuka, a shrine maiden. This body requires continual recharging from a highly spiritual person, whom the dead person must have had an attachment to. This person is Shinobu, a younger boy, who also lives in that shrine.
Maybe CAT? It's very minor but a one point the main character from the Confidential Assasination Troop gets injured and rescued by an artist. He looks after her, not realizing she's a criminal. She leaves and returns to him a few times during the story.
Also Island. Still, not exactly a romance and the ending is rather weak (because i think it's an intro to a novel) but still good.

Demon Ororon - sweet, morbid and heartbreaking. love between the demon king and the girl who rescued him.
Blade of the Immortal - between Rin and Anotsu. Not exactly a romance, but there's something there if you squint hard enough. 🙂
