key words: psychological, creepy

i'm looking for a really creepy manga ; something out of the ordinary, which can't be seen here and there;
more key words: blemish, schizophrenia, murderous mind, sex(any type), violence;
something violent like Battle Royale + something creepy like Homunculus; more creepiness over violence would be better;
something extremely creepy-crawly indeed
apologies if a topic like this was brought up before
Edit: for something with a better plot and less creepy, but still violent, I'll say Elfen Lied.
What I like in Trivial Pursuit style. Pick your category:

Maybe Fourteen, but it might be more weird then creepy.

I second Skyhigh and Skyhigh Karma. To be honest, any of Takahashi Tsutomu's works could fit your criteria.
