i have two tragedies for you
berserk and basilisk
i really cried my heart out because of these two
i recommend to read the manga berserk but you have to see the anime basilisk <=(really good) 😀

The first four volumes of Immortal Rain were extremely depressing to read... but after those, it got happier. (I feel kinda bad, since I wanted it to stay all angsty...) So I'm not sure if it really counts. ^^;
Most of the other ones I wanted to mention have already been brought up, though.
