It said Namikaze Minato was the Fourth and also Naruto's father and that Uzumaki Kushina was his mother from the whirlpool country. If I didn't misread.

That seems to be the case if we didn't miss read...because it was a little confusing to me...

Now what I'm wondering is this:

Is Naruto an illicit child? 'Cause he took his mother's name.

Kakashi has Hokage, didn't think that that would happen. And shouldn't Naruto have said something while Itachi and Sasuke were talking?

i could probably see kakashi as hokage. but then idk nemore. i found it strange when jiraiya same out of a small toad's mouth.but nor surprising. ^^

when itachi ans sasuke were talking? itachi went somewhere else so i can't see how naruto comes into the picture.

Wow, so thats at least two things confirmed in this series that fans have been speculating for some time... well, one confirmed and another sort of.

I think the hana chick (thats what I call her) from akatsuki might be his mother? Of course, her hair is blue but still...if piercings exist then why not hair dye? :)

Well they only say that he's more like his mother in character but looks like his father. They don't say what happened to her (too bad... now I got really curious ^^). And Jiraiya is done for. Alone vs 2 Akatsuki-members that just can't work out... and Sasuke already fell for Itachis Genjutsu within the first seconds, I wonder what their battle will be like if there's really gonna be one.

Iknow this will probibly never happen but i wish through the series naruto transforms or gains intellegence and becomes a little less ignorant or just more complex i know this is shounen but jesus wouldnt you be wondering about who the f**k your parents are i mean hes been training for 2 1/2 years but yet the author has to make the whole character so simple minded the only idea that even fazes him is getting his best friend back sorry a little off topic i just get frustrated with some of the manga that appeal to a certain crowd or age group instead of portraying a character that resembled a human being with human emotions i mean if your gonna make a manga that has totally manipulated a large mojority of signifagant traits humans have then why dont you just use aliens instead of humiliating a race

I cant wait to the next week to see how develop the battle betwen brothers, Jiraiya he can handle alone this two akatsuki by himself... because he is a sannin... but orochimaru lose in a fight with itachi... who is akatsuki menber...

the point is Jiraiya can handle then, of course is no one of then is a genjutsu ninja...

its awesome that were finally getting more info on naruto's background. atleast now we know that his parents are the 4th and kushina. im interested in what happened with kushina as they never do say what happened to her (they never say that she goes back to her own country)

also im interested in where the whirlpool country was (jiraiya calls it former whirlpool) im thinking it was conquered by the rain country...

and lastly...the whole tsunadexjiraiya scene was cute but it kinda reminded me of asuma. anyone else feel like jiraiya is about to either die or get the crap beaten out of him?? he is going up against pain and from what it seems, he can control the freakin rain...
