A manga like Vampire Knight

I'm reading/watching Vampire Knight and I love it sooo much, but I'd really like to find another manga that's like it, to keep me entertained while I'm waiting for the new releases. A heavy dose of drama, a bit of fantasy/supernatural (preferably vampires) and a tiny bit of comedy. Any genre: shoujo, shounen-ai, I don't care, as long as it's a lot like Vampire Knight. Can anyone help me? 😳

Bloody Kiss - It's about vampires. It's similar-ish.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. Especially Blood Alone sounds interesting. I'll check it out later. 😀

Wow, that's quite a list! I'll be sure to check 'em later. I've read Midnight Secretary already, and yes, it's very good.
Edit: Hitsuji no Uta seems to be exactly what I'm looking for, thank you!
