Fruits Basket is good for that, though they're not aware they're in love with each other until 1/2 through. I love the story though.
Shinshi Doumei Cross fits.
Meru Puri is a cute short read that fits.

Unfortunately, most of what I can think of isn't complete:
Special A, though the girl isn't aware of it for several volumes.
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle - the entire series is one huge obstacle in many parts.
Midnight Secretary (if you're OK with smut).

I would say Kaikan Phrase too, but I can't bring myself to recommend it to anyone because the obstacles are so repetitive. But if all you want is obstacles, then that fits perfectly. (Also smutty.)

Hana Yori Dango is my first and ultimate pick. It's quite popular so you may have already read it but, any chance that you haven't I'm going to suggest it anyway. xD

Compared to Hana Yori Dango my other suggestions aren't as full of obstacles but it will give you somewhat of a satisfaction.
