There was a girl I liked when I was 14.We have been close friends since I was 9, we used to hang out together, go to the same club, study in the same school. Naturally, I started to like her. Not too serious. I just wanted to do more things with her.
I never said that I liked her directly. But one day friend asked me if I liked her and I said yes . Than her friend said she liked another guy. So we never talked about that and we continued as best friends. Someday she got an boyfriend and of course that bothered me, but I was cool about that since there were girls that liked me too, but nothing serious.
Then, she broke up with him.
Two months later, I told her that I started to date. She said "You can't do this to me!" and she confessed that was in love and how great would we be together...
Well, that time I was much more in love with the other girl (and this girl was hotter!) and dumped her
Now I'm single again and she is with someone...should I wait 😕

Don't worry. If he's anything like me, he's just an idiot who can't read other people's behaviors very well (heheh, I wouldn't believe someone if they told me they were madly in love with me while lying on my bed naked. I'm unbelievably dense...). Or, there's always the chance he doesn't want to acknowledge your feelings for fear of losing a friend, or the last possibility, which is that he likes you too, and is going through the same thing.

And after your post, I don't think you have any right to call guys complicated. The source of your troubles is that any human relations are complicated.

Well i think i have one..but I mean not to be braggy almost every guy i like likes me back...At first i thought its only me and then my friends help asking him this questions and found out..hehe..though just to let u know i don't like a lot of guys..like after I'm over that guy,I'm off to look for another one.I have to talke to them a lot and get to know them..

Three possibilities that could happen..

oh wow, so many sad stories, and i know how it feel 😔
well heres my story:
when i first came to Canada, which was when i was 9, i was the only person in my class who didnt have any friends (naturally). And then one day this one girl who sat beside me was nice enough to talk to me and wanting to help me. After a series of many convos we became best of friends 😀 and by the end of that school year i started to fall for her. Then the next school year (grade 6) i was completely head over heels for her, this one side love continued to middle school then to high school, and finally when i was in grade 10 i had the courage to go up to her and confess to her, but she completely rejected me (her exact words "o.O eww noo") after that things got awkward between us and we didnt really talk but then i thought to myself "i should let that put me down" and started to talk to her again, she played along with it, and days turned to months, and then one day in grade 12. i was hanging out with a group of friends and one of my friends asked me if i liked her and i told them with confidence "yep, even more now then before she rejected me" and then i found out the sad truth from them that she was moving to US that day! My bestfriend (male and also the one who told me about her leaving) took me and drove me to the airport to give me another change to tell her one last time that "i loved her" but 😔 the plane had already been boarded and was taking off by the time we got to the boarding gates.

ya, and since then i have been extra cautious of liking someone, unfortuntely that didnt seem to work since i just broke up with my current gf and her ahem cheating incident lol =P

Yea acutally never been inluve just crushes!...

hmm... ive never told anyone i liked them, or liked someone solidly for such a long time. but i have had one sided love and been on the other side. do lack commitment? whatever, ive got the rest of my life ahead of me.

i sometimes i dont have anyone i like, and then i am sad... appreciate one sided love!

oh., one story. there was this girl who liked me..blah blah... long story short- when she confessed i kinda feigned ignorance to reject her. i didnt like her and she only liked me for like a couple weeks (i think) but i still regret not being a man about and telling her sorry but no. i doubt thats the case with you though ayame.
