Actually, dogs' social behavior are not monoganous, in fact one litter of one mother can have several fathers. However, there are many species in the animal kingdom that are monogamous for one mating season, and even for life. Many bird species like birds of prey and Canadian geese mate for life, as well as mammals like prarie dogs I think and some monkey species. There are more, but I can't think off the top of my head.
And yes, humans are animals, but we are the only species that has a thinking brain and can understand complex cause and effect relationships and can understand why we do things. We have free will and choice, not ruled by strictly hormones and phermones.

I don't think most animal do that. Most animal just mate and find another one next year.

I am going to be a troll here: Anybody who says humans are basicly dogs and thus shouldn't be only shagging one person should prove his point by cleaning his butthole with his tounge. After somebody ( i hope somebody very bendy and female ) does this i will then prove her point by shagging her

But really, I do have a BS in Biology (and very very occasionally actually remember something from it) and am currently working as a Veterinary Assistant.

That, and Animal Planet really helps, too!!

Realy it was hard with one girlfriend when after one party I went to take her home and one her girlfriends stopped me at the locked bedroom door. Saying no guy's in this one. Been friends with her still for years.

Sucks when it happens to you.

Cheating is in no circumstance acceptable, IMO.

Since I hold trusting one other in high esteem, then
I don't believe that cheating - which is a unfaithful
action - is acceptable in any way.

I've heard plenty of cheating situations in the past.
And I find it stupid that some girls still cling on to
that tiny ray of hope that they can 'fix him', even
after he cheated 4+ times...

She should just break it off. 😮
