Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service - same mangaka as MPD Psycho (also somewhat connected) ~ would second that recommendation as well

Nothing disturbs me. But this did.
I recommend it also for the art, which is amazing. If you've heard of the movie Human Centipede and it disturbed you; read Fraken-Fran, you will be disturbed even more! 😉
