I particularly enjoy reading yaoi, shounen-ai, and shoujo, but I don't restrict myself to these three genres. I'll read pretty much anything as long as it has a semblance of a plot (although I admit to indulging in pure smut every once in a while...).
My fav genre is Tragedy. Then Romance and Psychological.
The genre which I have most manga is Romance tough (because there are no so many Tragedy ones as Romance ones).
As demographic.. I'd say Seinen, but I enjoy almost everything except Josei.
What I like in Trivial Pursuit style. Pick your category:

i like action, senien>shounen, supernatural makes things more interesting, gotta have some kind of romance even if it is just a subplot, ecchi makes things more fun, and mature/adult makes things more interesting...
and its always a plus if i can see some occasional tits...
like my fancy underlining? i know i do
oh yeah, plot heavy is a must, episodic dribble pisses me off

Historical and Tragedy.
I like those genres, but not many great manga in those. So sad...

Going with the genres defined by this site, my favorite genres would be seinen, action, yuri, ecchi, adult, hentai, adventure, fantasy, shounen, and shoujo ai.
I also kinda like, but not to the same level (as in a series has to have more than a few of the above things as well), comedy, gender-bender, lolicon, romance, horror and supernatural.
I stay away from any series tagged with the following: josei, shoujo, yaoi, sports, shounen ai, slice of life and harem.
Everything else I'm completely indifferent to.
