Boys Next Door by Kaori Yuki. One of the best manga I ever read.
Also by Kaori Yuki, Godchild. It's my favourite manga of all time. It's not considered completely BL because the shounen-ai isn't the main focus, but there's some delicious homoerotic vibes~

1999 Shanghai - The tag says yaoi, but it's borderline shounen-ai, and very poignant.

This one is a really sad one 🙁 ( 🙁 (...and it very subtle and "soft", even for a shounen-ai story. Anyways, it's not very long, so you should definitely have a look 🙂
P.S. but i have to warn you, it's REALLY sad ! I love it now, but at first i kinda hated it, because i didn't read the "warnings" so the end made me cry ( like actually cry!).
