Nina Jalhae. Change Guy and most other manwha's these days owe Nina Jalhae for revitalizing the Korean manwha scene. It has deliquents, deliquent schools, martial arts, and comedy aplenty. The art is pretty bad in the beginning but if you look at the raws for the later volumes, you'll see that it improves tremendously.
