Honestly, I thought it was good for a volume or so, but meh.. I just started not liking it too much. I'm not sure what it is either...

Too many characters and too little time. I like it a lot, though.

Hmm...I just noticed that I forgot to vote in my own poll...

Yes, it's great and I love it! First manga I ever scanlated...(Although...it's not the best manga to start learning how to scanlate...very hard...)

I've read all of Akamatsu Ken's works, and I love everything hes done. I enjoy his art style and his often comedic approach to the events in his manga, while being able to maintain some dramatic themes.

So far, I only wish that Itsudatte My Santa would have gone longer. Well, the OVA was still good. 😀

Oh, and I do wish a Ai Ga Tomaranai series would have been done. And I wish Love Hina had followed the manga more closely, but....you can only dream, right?

it started out ok. then, they just HAD to add in martial arts and tried to give it a serious story. thats when it went from good to awful.

i like it, but honestly i think there is way too much fanservice. sometimes i lose sight of the actual storyline after all those random scenes

still good though

I like it.
I like the main plot about fighting and magic mostly; I don't like too much the random episodes in between.

it's cool........but the problem is it seem to be mainly made for fans......also......it's a bunch of high school girls fooling around with their teacher who's only 12......

Negima! is one of my favorite manga titles. Akamatsu-sensei loves his shounen fanservice, but I've ignored that because the story is rather interesting. The school festival arc has gone on a tad long and drug in a few spots, but otherwise it is good.

I love how Del Rey treats the manga. Granted, Peter David's adaptation early on caused some problems with him changing things and inserting his own humor into the work. But they've fixed that and the adaptation is very "otaku" friendly, making it seem like a scanlation in print. ^_^

Negima! is only one of two manga titles where I cheat and score the scanlations as well as the official English release. There's been a sad lack of scanlation chapters of late, but these things happen.

I wonder what the author's intentions are........making a 12 year old the teacher live with a bunch of very "liberal" high school girls........
