i love these characters as well! especially the guy ones ;x

seconding Dear. Chiharu is by far my favorite character in that series, she is just TOO adorable.

tamaki from Ouran Koukou Host Club fits the bill generally, i guess, but i enjoy other characters more than him.

That's actually what I was thinking until you said it. I think Tohru fits.
Haruna from Koukou Debut definitely fits too. (I think someone said that already.)

I also think that Sand Chronicles fits.

You might like to try Blood Alone. Sometimes she is extremely naive, but other times she seems to be very mature. I find Misaki to be quite lovable.

Also, this one may be a little out there, but Yuria 100 Shiki.

*Judging by the fact that I have not read anything that has been listed previously, I may be way off base here, but it was worth a shot.
