I'm looking for a manga where there is a person/group fighting against an evil organisation, which is supported by the government or is seen by the community as a good institution.
Either way the organisation should have a lot of power.

That's not really what I meant, more of an organisation that is seen by the community as the good guys and the protagonist as an enemy.
