well first of all even if akkan baby isn't what you're looking for it's still great...so you should read it and if you are interested in Onegai Teacher then I recomment also watching the anime because it's a really great one...made me laugh a lot XD

okay i didn't even notice the 'with an adult part' none of the things i suggested will work for you. Um I'm drawing a blank at something that fits all of your specifications. You might want to try to lighten up with your restrictions.

It also has one of the most hate-worthy characters in any manga I've ever read.
She only shows up in one chapter though. It is that actress that wants to use the Female MC's psychic powers because she wants to find the husband she abandoned years ago for the sake of her career. She wants to find that husband so she can divorce him and marry another guy. We find out the husband died after a long hospitalization and we also find out he never stopped loving the girl and was genuinely happy to see how successful her career had been going.
