A few months ago it used to be Chrome for me since it was a little faster than firefox, but since I like to download videos from youtube and other policy problems with chrome I've changed back to firefox.

I use Firefox for everything non-school related. For some reason, the online stuffs I have to do get screwed up when I'm not using IE11. I don't like IE though.

I used to use Chrome, like 2 years ago, but my computer got all buggy after an update.
So yeah, Mozilla Firefox all the way.

My version of Chrome is up to date, so if you know how to use tabs on Chrome enlighten me. In Chrome the more you open the smaller the tabs get to the point where you don't even see the favicon anymore, which is useless. Chrome also loads every single tab when you open the browser. Any solutions in the settings, because I don't see them; I've always found its settings quite lacking.

I use firefox and chrome as backup mmm...
Firefox is a very great browser for opening hundreds of tabs (my tabs is about 500 right now

Try replicating that on Chrome...

Quote from GhostWriter

99% Firefox for me. Over the years it's become fully customized with add-ons and stuff to suit my browsing habits and I haven't been able to reproduce that on another browser so far.

Also this.

Did you not read my post right?

Quote from dalek

if the person wants to open more than 150 tabs like in Firefox.

Quote from Kitty18dnsz

I use chrome, and I tend to have around that much open.

Quote from Kitty18dnsz

Now for how I use Chrome, well I have about 30 tabs for each window.

Also, no, I don't want google to translate pages for me.

Did you not read my post right? I know I'm sometimes ditzy, and really should proof read my comments, but I did say ' If I remember correctly FF is easier to move through tabs' (putting in other words). Because yes when you open too many tabs in Chrome it gets each tab get so small that they seem to overlap with each other. ( I said bunched up, in the other post). Now for how I use Chrome, well I have about 30 tabs for each window. With about 7 to 9 windows open. I actually like this because then I can separate each window with whatever type of manga I want to read within the next few days whether it be yaoi, something darker themed, action or whatever. They each get their own window filled with tabs.

As for add ons. I don't like them, and don't use them.
I mostly like Chrome because it just has the tabs there. No menu bar taking up space, no add on taking space on my screen, no search bar. Just the tabs on top, and an address bar. Nice and clean for me.

Oh and question does FF automatically translates foreign pages for you using Google translate? I know Chrome does. I'm guessing you would need another add on for something like that. (This part is coming off a lot more cockier than intended. Actually I didn't want this to come off as cocky at all ...)

Just consider IE is being bullied here.
and everyone will be happy. 😀
That reason might make it make sense to separate the vote.
lol.

Opera 12. The later versions are...incomplete. Comes with everything I need out of the box, minus adblock, which is the only add on needed. Firefox is ok, but haven't used it since firefox 2. Chrome has a clunky and inefficient UI. Honesly rather use IE than Chrome.

No way I'm ever using chrome. Any closed source software Google releases is just another spyware meant to promote and complement the use of their massive profiling services. when a corporation creates something powerful, easy to use and free, YOU are the product being sold.

Firefox has tab grouping though.

I voted "Other".
On the desktop, mostly Uzbl or Xombrero.
For mobile use, either Safari (iOS) or xScope (Android).

Firefox, ftw! ^_^

I've been a happy FF user for ~8 years now and I don't plan on switching to another browser anytime soon. I did have Chrome as my "backup browser" for the past two years, but I rarely ever used it. Now I don't even have it installed anymore.
I'm not sure why, but Chrome just never really "spoke" to me. Neither its outlook, nor the available extensions. Not all of my favorite FF addons have a Chrome counterpart, and some of those that do, seem more like awkward cousins than siblings.
