Only thing I had in mind was a shounen-ai/yaoi version of Shanghai Noon...
With more drama.
And having the main pair look different...
I can't think of those two (especially Jackie Chan) in any BL...

this is a old post im quoting, but it's wrong,
300 was first a movie named "The 300 Spartans" wich Miller made a comic of and it was named "300" and then they made a movie adaption with the same name as the comic.
It's kinda fun to se how hollywood does things.
