**I don't *ever *like: **
-Shota/loli
-DJ (with the exception of DJ written by the mangaka of the series)
-The combo of Shoujo+smut
And generally, I avoid:
-Sports
-Drama
-Most Hentai
-Tragedy
-The combo of historical+slice of life
Other than the first three, I might give a series a try even if it belongs to a genre I don't usually like.

None, really. I like fantasy and comedy quite a bit, and if it can be combined with one of those, I'm able to enjoy it.

I'll ask my filter:
Doujinshi
Hentai
Lolicon
Shotacon
Shoujo Ai
Shounen Ai
Yaoi
Yuri
I also dislike Harem and Ecchi but I can read them if I really like the story (I just ignore the ecchi parts)
And I depise Reverse Harem and love triangles with all my heart. Nothing annoys me more than 2 guys fighting over the stupidest girl in the world and the girl not knowing who she"loves" >:-(

Genres I hate:
Hentai
Genres I don't like:
Horror
Yaoi
Yuri
"Serious" seinen (not my type, I like lighthearted seinen more)
Doujin (although I'm willing to try some)
Ecchi (when it's overdone)
Some Shounen (Naruto & One Piece in particular)
Tragedy (although it can be really hard)
Well that's all I can think of.
I read so much mangas, I'm too lazy to watch anime! 😛 😛 😛

I don't usually like or dislike a manga based on its genre. If it looks good and sounds good, I'll read it regardless of the genre. But the one genre I tend to avoid nowadays is smut. The main point of all the male characters is to bed the lead female, who is the embodiment of all wimpy and teary girls. If I wanted to read something like that, I would've gone for hentai.
But otherwise, I'm fine with most genre.

If a manga has the genre combination:
Drama + Slice of Live + Tragedy
Then I avoid it. Much to dramatic for me.
Genres I generally avoid:
Seinen
Shota
Hentai
Slice of live
Martial Arts
Sports
Psychological
But that doen't mean that I never read them. I've read some good seinen, psychological, slice of live manga. I just don't like those genres most of the time.

I generally dislike:
shota/loli
yuri
most subgenres of hentai (except "straight sex" generally)
horror
mecha
and sometimes tragedy. (I have to be in a mood to read tragedies.)
If you've ever thought or said "Nice Guys finish last" and really meant it, then you should probably read this LJ post by DivaLion. It's incredibly insightful whether you're male or female.

I don't think I can dismiss entire genres. Too many gems are found randomly (and often forgotten because I'm too lazy to archive them). All the genres are viable, but a good plot is the limiting factor. I would say that I don't actively search for manga of the following genres very often:
Slice of Life
School Life
Sports
Ecchi (seriously, if your greatest selling point is fanservice I'm just going to look at hentai)
Shota and/or Loli
Romance (including Shonen-ai/Shoujo-ai, Josei, Yaoi, Yuri, Harem)
Gender Bender
Drama
Hmmm... I never realized that I limit my reading opportunities so much. Must... Broaden... Horizons

I don't like shounen-ai, yaoi or smut and shoujo in general does not appeal to me either. I have read a few titles I enjoyed, though. I also do enjoy traps in hentai, which is sort of yaoi-ish.
