Hey, I at least qualified my hentai preferences. =)
If you've ever thought or said "Nice Guys finish last" and really meant it, then you should probably read this LJ post by DivaLion. It's incredibly insightful whether you're male or female.
From a bumper sticker I like:
"If you're gonna ride my ass, at least pull my hair."

I don't like ...
Shoujo
Shoujo Ai
Shounen Ai
Yuri
Yaoi
and i hate Sports Manga
It not that i don't like gay ppl i live in New York City (If they wore gonna put all the gay ppl on an island ,Manhattan would be that island) I just don't like it when the guys in those manga act like chick or make blush like chicks in manga i don't know any guys in r/l that do that
You are now inside my Tsukuyomi. For the next 72 hours... I will slap you with this trout...
Resistance is amusing...
The ones I dislike most are yuri and josei (...depressing...shojo w/o happiness...). Never tried seinen, but I don't think I'd be too keen on that, either. 🙁

Quote from bking
I don't like:
Hentai (I don't read manga for porn)
Lolicon/Shotacon (in other words...child porn)
Mecha (Robots fighting each other...it doesn't get me excited)
Yaoi/Yuri/Shounen-ai/Shoujo-ai (I don't like gay romance)
That's the same for me.
(I think I'm not forgetting any...)

I wouldn't say I hate them but I'm not really going to look for one of them to read:
yuri/shoujo-ai
hentai
mecha
lolicon/shotacon
sports
gender-bender
I think that's about it.

smut ecchi mangas....i juz dont get it.its demeaning to women!but i might not mind it if there's a good story line somewhere amidst the smut ecchiness....lol 😎
Edit:
Hmm, just realized after a while that I'm not really bothered with any genre. If you count guro, maybe that's one though.

I try not to exclude myself from genres like that. It seems awfully broad and can keep you from experiencing some great stuff. It's also rather ignorant. Not every work within a genre is the same, especially when it comes to manga.
I do tend to stay away from hentai, though, because pornography by definition has no artistic value and straight pornography doesn't interest me. I might read one if there was something else fantastic about it, though.
The only thing I stay away from completely and even look down upon is eroguro. Anyone who can seriously be turned on by that kind of thing should really get themselves checked.

I'm sorry I try to keep a open mind with all genres of mangas, but I still don't like:
sport
historical
yaoi
AND SPECIALLY HORROR
P.S. not everyone is a like in this world of ours, so of course there is going to be some minor differences and this is one.
Would I lie to you?

I don't like like gay romance (yaoi/yuri/shonen ai/shoujo ai) and especially shotacon/lolicon. I don't get the point why you have to have some little kids in some mangas.....

Genres I am opposed to: Manga belonging to these genres are distasteful and it would be best for everyone if they didn't exist:
-hentai (porn)
-shotacon, lolicon (child porn)
-shounen ai, shoujo ai (glorify homosexuality)
-yaoi, yuri (glorify homosexuality, and are often quasi-porn, if not outright porn)
Genres I don't like IF:
-adult, mature (if it's just a bunch of smut and sex and fanservice, or if it's unnecessarily gory)
-ecchi (if it's lewd and/or a bunch of pointless nudity and/or fanservice like pantyshots, giant boobs, cleavage everywhere, slutty outfits, etc.)
-romance (if it's angsty dramatic or too sappy/mushy, or if the manga is too much romance (greater than 50%) and not enough something else)
-mecha (if it's giant robots or battlesuits... I don't know quite what it is that I don't like about them, but I've always found those things kinda uninteresting)
-horror (if it's gory)
-comedy (only if it's crude or tasteless humor)
-doujinshi--and I'm talking about fan stuff (if it includes fan pairings, excessive romance, fanservice, and/or lewd situations--I basically only like comedy doujinshi)
-drama (if it's melodrama or too sappy/mushy)
-action, martial arts, shounen (if it's mostly just a fight fest... basically when the plot isn't advanced much/not much is accomplished by a fight, the action for fights is repetitive/unoriginal, and fights come one after another with not much in between)
Genres I just don't like:
-sports (I just don't find it very interesting... sports isn't one of my favorite things)
-smut (too dull, and I don't find lewd things entertaining either--although a tiny bit (less than 5%) is tolerable)
Genres I don't necessarily dislike, but that typically (say, more than 50% of the time) have bad artwork, thus I deem a lot of them unfit to be read (artwork is very important to me, and I am picky):
shoujo, josei
Genres that, if I didn't already have something against, I still wouldn't read because they much too often (say, more than 75% of the time) have bad artwork:
yaoi
other things I don't like:
-pervert main characters (they're just so dull and predictable--for minor characters I don't mind as much, though); sluts and playboys/girls, too. Oh, and this kind of thing is lame and corny: example.
-main characters who are obsessed with romance/dating/being lovey-dovey
-guro
-manga about fangirls/boys and fangirl/boy escapades (too dull, I don't find fan activities interesting in the slightest)
-love triangles (because it usually means angsty drama)
-the whole "forbidden love" thing (to me, most of the time--I wouldn't say all the time, though, as there are exceptions--it's just corny)
-fornication; adultery; pedophilia; drug/alcohol abuse; BDSM; homosexuality; rape, or coerced or otherwise non-con sex; looking at/owning/producing porn--especially child porn; domestic violence/abuse; abortion; sexual abuse; incest; neglect of children; or prostitution portrayed as if there's nothing wrong with it
-manga with too much of a focus on fashion, make-up, hairstyling, shopping, pop culture, etc.
-melodrama
-manga with vampires and demons and such wearing crosses (or Jewish stars, etc.), wearing clothes with cross designs on them, having cross tattoos, etc. (so cliche and so overused, at this point it's just cheesy); also, I think it's kind of rude for someone to wear a religious symbol of a religion they don't belong to, so that makes it worse; however, if it actually serves a purpose that kind of makes sense, then it's probably fine
-manga with no justice
-bad artwork in any genre--I am pretty ruthless about this, although, I tend to be more lenient about artwork for manga that's mainly comedy
