Uh... well, no, actually. It's... well, you have to know the plot or else it makes no sense. Basically, it's about Katsuya, this failure of a salaryman who receives magical glasses that turn him into a talented workaholic, but they change his personality as well - he becomes vicious and ruthless. So we have normal Katsuya and Megane Katsuya, who almost regard each other as different people and certainly act like two different people, and in the game you can take basically one path or the other. You can wind up with one of five other people, but there are some little extras (separate from the main storylines) that essentially split the two Katsuyas apart and... well... there you have your selfcest. o.0;

I've got nothing to offer except certain subtextual selfcest tendencies in Katekyo Hitman Reborn!. Edit: And you seriously need to read the second and third stories of Prince of Monster. Way selfcesty - in the second story the main character has both male and female forms and thinks erotically of his/herself, and in the third story, a scientist creates an identical robot clone that, while it never has "sex" with him, bases its entire existence upon him (and eventually, vice versa).
