I think that "Pain" may be the six tailed spirits? It would make sense.

Awsome chapter. The six bijuu may be it. Each of 'em have one "bijuu ability". Makes perfect sense (I think).

Well I was right when I mentioned it would be 6 vs 1 in topic 378. Now just let Jiraya die. I really don't care for this fight.

i thought no one was confident in the order of the demons captured? but yea i agree it might be cool, although why give all the power to pain

well they already had some captured and with gaara,the two tails,three tails and four tails it would be at least 6...
and of course pain would be the one using it,it's all his plan!
anyway the chapter was better than the before but it was pretty obvious Pain won't be killed so easy.as soon as jiraiya showed him his back EVERYBODY had to think pein will somehow attack him...
the first thing that struck my mind after Jiraiyas last quote was that the 6 guys are Nagatos sons...that would somehow explain why they all have the rinnegan and since the dating in naruto is messed up it wouldn't be a problem...it's still a theory though
also Jiraiya seems to be still verry confident even when he lost his arm so he propably still has some plan(since he's not the guy who goes all cool when loosing something)
well I'm finally REALLY looking forward to the next one!!! 😀

I think Jiraiya's last line is because one of the "6 paths of Pain" looks an awful lot like Nagato's best buddy from when he was training them. IMO Jiraiya now has 2 options run or die, and if he chooses to run he still might end up dead. However, if Jiraiya does die it gives a very good set up for a Naruto vs. Pain confrontation, so that might be cool.

maybe jirayas last line is becouse the pain that spoke to him is in yahiko's body?dunno just hope this fight ends quickly althoght its good one its just the outcome SEEMS too predictable

that's another possibility but it wouldn't explain why there are 6 people with the rinnegan

jiraiya dieing was my prediction from like 10 chapters ago and im still leaning towards it but you really cant kill off jiraiya; hes not like asuma who hasn't come into the story line very much. So made another theory.
jiraiya does escape but is wounded beyond compare and is on the verge of death and drops unconscious somewhere outside the city where he is found by naruto's mother

Umm, I sort of gathered from before that most likely Jiraya would kill 2-3 and then the others would end up beating him, but i never would've guessed that Pain could revive his bodies. It's kind of hard for me to imagine that Naruto will end up beating Pain.
Maybe if it ends up being 6 on 6....
Anyway Jiraya will probably fake death, and come back some time later... He's not that stupid or weak to just die... Right? Even if Pain is bullsh*t overpowered.
If Tobi ends up being even stronger, Naruto might just as well change his name to Goku, and Kishi might just as well rename the manga to DBZ 2.
