They had a few chances though.

i agree.. it's still the early days. things will develop more from now on. france should pick up more... i was a bit disappointed. but what can one expect after the loss to china?

I want to root for Italy since they're defense is great, but I think Brazil might have a better chance of winning. Deep down I really wish America had a shot but...

Still too early for me to decide on a winning team, though i suspect we could have a surprise, this year.

I realy hate soccer even though I'm brazilian....
And here now all they talk about is soccer,if the game starts while you're still in school they send you home or put a big screen on the courtyard and everybody watch.
but luckily the time zone made me a favor and most of the games starts in the afternoon 😛

The only good thing about Italy is their defense thats probably what xxxillusionxxx meant. Anyways not France certainly after that display. Granted they started similarly 4 years ago but then they had Zidane in the middle of the park now they have Abou Diaby.

ENGLAND!!!!!! Well maybe I'm being optimistic (some would say delusional) but I'm backing my country with pride none the less, despite losing Beckham and Ferdinand before our first game.
The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

Well, yesterday's France-Uruguay match was a little bit dissapointing. Not much nice play, the first minutes all the game was long shots... Both teams could have done better. And about the end, France almost had 15 minutes to finish off Uruguay and didn't make a goal >_<.
Ah... today is Argentina's match with Nigeria. I hope Tevez plays from the start~ ♥

M looking forward to argentina versus nigeria!! go messi!! oh by the way does anyone find the whole buzzing noise really irritating while watching the game...like the sound that the people make wih that instrument?? its gettn really annoying, buzzing throughout the whole game likes bees buzzing around your ears.
