Anime Length
I don't really care, as long as it's interesting, but usually the shorter, the less filler episodes there can be. I prefer movies and OVAs over regular series, if they are to be considered.
This week's favorites:
ççççççç[Ô.Ô] tsutopodus© will eat your manga and steal your cats!
I think episodes with 25-30 is good.Because if its too long i tend to get bored.Plus, its good for mangas with just 100[or more] chapters because they can show four chapters an episode. And i think thats pretty good coverage.

I kind of like longer anime-even with all the fillers. It just means more time watching characters I like in new situations. This only applies to long running manga series, of course.
Generally, around 12-50 episodes is fine by me, depending on the depth of the anime. If I get bored of a series, it is usually by the first or second episode anyway.
I like OVA's, too. They can be a refreshing break from watching episodes, and often have better artwork.
BTW, subs only. I really can't stand the english dubs of anything after watching subbed anime.

The best "long" series I've seen is Saiyuki. It's broken into 3 series, supposedly, but I don't know why as it all follow the same story with only a couple of differences in overall story arcs. It's around 100 episodes long at this point if you all the episodes of all 3 series together, but it's not "over" yet. (They haven't finished the end goal of the journey, anyway.) However, I never really got bored with it.
So, if you do it right, you can have a long series of up to 100 episodes that gets the story done really well without fillers.
However, most series I really enjoy have the 24-26 episode range. A few only have 13, but that feels too short.
(And then there are some that are so bad, you're glad they have 13 or fewer episodes.)
If you've ever thought or said "Nice Guys finish last" and really meant it, then you should probably read this LJ post by DivaLion. It's incredibly insightful whether you're male or female.
From a bumper sticker I like:
"If you're gonna ride my ass, at least pull my hair."
I think 20-70 episodes, depending on plot development per episode.

12 - 25.
I think that's long enough to have a good story without filler.
I don't have the attention span for long series anymore so I tend to prefer movies and short films.
Not that I haven't enjoyed a 100+ series.

~50 episodes for the ones I REALLY like.
Other than that, I like ~25 episode ones, which is the usual amount anyways.

12 - 25 episode is ideal, max i think range in 52 episode. If it dragged too long, it will make viewer lost its interest

nice and simple... 12~50 or 100 means they wont mess with the audiences with crappy fillers and extentions like dragonball, naruto, bleach, or one piece..... though they're good animes.... but i prefer manga.....
like dragonball could have done the work with only 250 episodes, rather than like 500.... assuming they used minimum fillers and stuff... the movies were great, short and simple... most of them came from extending the fight.. excluding all the fillers, i say even naruto could have narrowed down to maybe 100 episodes... but fillers are inevitable i guess assuming the authors have to catch up with the work
Can't say I'm an anime fan. But the only animes I've watched seemed to range from 13-26 episodes. That will do. ^__^
