Ok, so yeah, I know how to use the advanced genres search to find things that fit specific categories, however, that doesn't tell me about the artwork or storyline, so I'm asking for advice:

I'm looking for a 'starting' hentai which goes easy on you, (Canon Sensei doesn't fit this, for example), but in which you don't see women with anything over size D breasts. I can't stand the huge boob artwork style which seems prevalent in what hentai I've skimmed thus far. Realistic artwork is really what I'd like to see most.

After that, I'd like a romance (and/or comedy) base with at least something resembling a plot. I'm not into loli, shota, or yuri (or incest, beastiality, defecation, etc.), but I'm willing to keep an open mind as long as it's light and not heavy on those topics. I'm not faint-hearted, but certain things aren't appealing. Mature, yaoi, smut, ecchi, bdsm are all fine, and yuri, loli, or shota are OK in small doses.

So, any suggestions?

In speaking of the artwork, I don't mind more 'cartoony' or chibi-styled artwork - it just happens that the style tends to lend itself to more bust exaggerations, which is why I specified more 'realistic'. That referred more to bust size than art type, though.

And I don't mind rape scenes, as long as they're not so violent as to cause death or dismemberment. I'm looking for entertainment, not THAT much realism. For example, I enjoyed Under Grand Hotel and Sono Kuchibiru ni Yoru no Tsuyu (The Night's Dew on Those Lips). They both happen to be yaoi, but you should get the idea.

Could anybody recommend me non-yuri, non-lolicon/shotacon, non-smut hentai titles with realistic-sized breasts, good-looking guys (like in most yaoi), no rape or silly tasteless immature ecchi (such as panty fetish, bullying/harassment and nosebleed) and focus more on the guys' bodies and actions? I don't want smut because they don't show male genitals and most of them suck. Harem/reverse harem and male bisexuality are fine with me. Not necessarily romantic. Can be funny. Do such things really exist?

And what do you guys think of those adult dating sim games/visual novels? I watched some of the anime and think the guys are hot. Are they like that in the games too? MANY guys in shounen/seinen manga are cute and fit too (think guys from Kimi no Iru Machi for example). Why don't they use that type of drawing styles in hentai?

Smut, I think, is those manga published in normal shoujo/josei magazines usually with (supposedly) a drama-type plot. That's why they are not hardcore (most of them have lots of bed scenes but don't show anything at all, with only characters' heads, faces and backs, etc - I wouldn't even call them softcore. Try Kindan - Himitsu no Hanazono for example). Hentai are those R18 materials restricted to adults only (hope I am correct). I don't like most smut plots and have already read the few interesting ones. Therefore I am wanting to know whether I can find something I like from true R18 hardcore stuff (I mean showing male genitals. If nothing is shown. It's not porn at all. Aren't we looking for porn?).

I just read Hallow Hallow and it was fairly interesting. There's actually a decent story and the artwork is really good, and yes, you'll get to see genitals. It's also the first time I've run across the term 'futanari' - I had to look that one up on Wikipedia. Hentai has such a broad spectrum of ...interests. 😃
