Hello again. I'm going to give another shot for this thread. Bolded ones means I'm pretty certain or I highly recommend it.

Note: Some of these manga might or might not fit, since all of them are only based on memories 😀 .

PSYCHOTIC/YANDERE MALES:

Abide In The Wind - he's overly affectionate too.
Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii - I won't call him overly affectionate, but... He has a yandere side.
Bastard (HWANG Youngchan) - I only recommend it if you like thrillers. He's a mild yandere.
Trick or Kiss
Metronome - He's like the male version of Yuno Gasai from Mirai Nikki. One of the most yandere characters ever...
Aishite kudasai, sensei
Yankee and Yandere Don't Have Friends - More towards the comedy genre.

OVERLY AFFECTIONATE MALE LEADS

Winter Woods - hmm... Maybe not overly affectionate, but he's definitely very devoted and affectionate. Recommended if you like pure male leads who loves the girl genuinely.

You and me both. If you aren't reading it already, there's Heart to Give. If you want to read beyond what's scanlated, you can continue on Netcomics, which is the company that picked it up. (They even have hard copies.)
