I've completely forgotten the name but I remember the story very well!

It's a very short yaoi manga about a rich young boy who harasses his butler a lot, like forcing him to get a haircut that gets him in trouble, making him to kiss his feet and pleasure, etc. but the butler just takes it all with a cold face. Suddenly, the boy's family gets bankrupt and leaves him alone, and it's implied that a rich man is going to get him to settle debts. However, the butler sorta forces the boy to sleep with him, but also offers to save him so they can run away together. The boy is humbled in the end~

Some details are foggy, but that's about the jist of it. I THINK it's part of a series of oneshots but I'm not sure.

I really want to say Ouji no Hakoniwa but the details are a bit off ...
