Hello, I'm looking for a manga like Yandere Kanojo or Onidere where a female delinquent falls in love with a normal male. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you and have a good day.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but there's a delinquent-esque side character in Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun whose romantic interest is a regular/slightly popular dude.

Otherwise I've got a few comedies where a delinquent girl has to pretend to be normal, but keeps getting pulled back into yankee culture for whatever reason: Yankee-kun to Megane-chan and Oresama Teacher, though these series are kind of sparse in the way of "normal" characters.

Hi! Here are a few manga that might fit your requirement. Ones marked with double exclamation marks (!!) means that I'm pretty certain they'll fit. But I think you should give all of these manga below a try.

- !! Sakurasaku Shoukougun. I've read this manga before, and it fits well.
- Shinshi Doumei Cross. I dropped this manga, but the girl is an ex-delinquent.
- !! The Kidnapping of Minja Jo's Boyfriend. This one might fit, based on the description...
- Tian Jiang Xian Shu Nan. Kind of fits, partially (?). Colored manhua. The girl is really strong and bad-tempered (almost like a delinquent, if she isn't one already), while one of the potential love interest is actually a delinquent.
- Junai Tokkou Taichou! Fits partially. Both the girl and the boy are delinquents.
- A lot of the mahwa written by HWANG Mi-Ri, if my memory is correct. They have delinquent-like female leads. I think some of the male leads are also delinquents, some are not.

Seishun Otome Banchou! It's so hilarious
I also second The Kidnapping of Minja Jo's Boyfriend.
Vanilla Ice- The girl is strong and delinquent-like but the guy is the opposite

Koisuru Yankee Girl - Latest scanlated release was 14 days ago which was chapter 8. If you want a more clearly established series then this might not be your thing as it's still very new (from this year).

These next three recommendations don't fall under what you asked for exactly (they sort of branch from what you asked for), however, I still recommend them as they're funny and have female delinquent characters:

Boku wa Ohime-sama ni Narenai - Latest scanlated release was nearly 100 days ago so if you want something that is updated more frequently then this might not be your thing, however, there are still 30 chapters out and I found it very entertaining. The female delinquent is more of a side character though but is introduced early on, in the second chapter (her name is Tsukumo Yuki and she falls in love with Shindou Rei, the main female lead who everyone thinks is a guy because -- being very poor -- she has to use her older brother's hand-me-down school uniform instead of purchasing a female student uniform. As far as romance between the two goes, there is none though I thought this series was still worth mentioning at least). Edit: It says it's complete in Japan with three volumes, however, while the length makes sense in that regard (i.e. 30 chapters to 3 volumes), chapter 30 doesn't really feel like a proper ending, although I still recommend it.

Out of the Blue! - This one is Shoujo Ai so if you don't read that genre then you'll probably skip it anyway, however, the description is "honors student meets delinquent" and it's only three chapters long so if you can stand reading that much then I really recommend it because it's also very funny.

Angel Densetsu - Despite the male lead's looks, he is actually a normal guy personality-wise. Also, the female lead as well as at least one other female side character (sorry for not being exact, it's been some time since I read this one) are both delinquents or at the very least fighters / martial artists. This one's a lot longer than the other series I've recommended with 15 volumes and 84 chapters although I couldn't stop reading and read almost all of it in a single sitting (though sometimes standing . . . you gotta stretch out those legs).

Hopefully this helps you to some extent. smile

EDIT:

Game Over (MIZUTANI Fuka) - In particular the side story / oneshot entitled Kedama no Cake. The description reads: "Kedama's cake shop doesn't get much business, until a yankee decides to apply for a job there to become more feminine." I thought this one was short and sweet (get it?).
