I had tried to find a decent Manga with "brotherly theme".
Mostly, I find Yaoi or Shounen-ai type of it which I don't like a-lot.

Do you mean brotherhood or do they really have to be brothers? Cause I know some that I think would work but they aren't technically brothers.

Kamui, Pandora Hearts, and Amatsuki all have characters that are really close to another guy character in a way that almost makes them seem like brothers but they aren't blood related.

Di(e)ce is about 2 guys that could defiantly pass as brothers. They look really alike and they were born on the same day. Everyone thinks they're related. It is yet to be seen if they really are.

Ransetsuki is actually a brother manga. But the brother's the bad guy. Check it out.

Tokyo Crazy Paradise is a bit of a stretch, not a main theme but still a motif.
