what i like is that its like an "estranged affair between a master and servant, and the dark secrets of a family that is engulfing both of them to the point of no return." i doubt there's anything thats so similar, but anything close would be ok .. need anything else , just post again

The Guardian from Bannin might be that kind of story.

Ai towa Yoru ni Kizuku Mono- Definitely meets that criteria.
Signal Red Baby- Not so much master-servant, but it deals with the secrets of a family.
Ibara no Ori - Hakoniwa no Naka no Jiyuu - Master-servant, dark secrets, it's the sequel but I don't think you must read the first to get a feel for the plot.
Roumantei no Jyuunin ~ Shinonome- Master-servant though it's through what seems to be prostitution, not really so much as dark secrets, I can't recall if there was something like that for the plot.
Kokoro no Kagi wo Mitsukete- Err kinda master-servant, didn't so much as like it but it does meet your criteria.
Tatoe Toraware no Koi demo- Same as above, but it's an enjoyable read.

Anyway the first pick seems to be exactly what you're looking for, the rest not so sure. I'll see if I can find any other similar titles.^-^
