They're both terrible, but I'm sure the OP is trying to
see which one the people view as the lesser evil of the two.

And I can't really choose between them, but since I value
life the most, I would say that rape would be the 'less worse'.

Both rape and murder are terrible crimes but I think rape is worse for the victim.

A rape victim is still alive but that person has to live with what happened to them every day for the rest of their life. What the rapist did to them not only physically but mentally as well could really change their well-being and life in general. There is always the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases so that constant reminder could really affect somebody’s state of mind.

It is possible for a victim to recover but not all do. A common thing among victims is to blame themselves and some even attempt or commit suicide which is very sad.

Murder is a horrible thing and nobody has the right to take an innocent life away so it was very difficult for me to make a decision so I based it off of the victims. Murder victims lose their life but really, so do rape victims. Their life may not actually be taken from them but in a way it is.

Having never really experienced either, I can't say for certain, but I would rank murder as worse. This has been said, but, a rape victim may have to deal with all manner of suffering, but there's always the chance that you can move on with your life. You don't necessarily lose your life if you're raped. Once you're dead, that's it. I'd say nothing affects one's state of mind more than death, at which point your mind and whatever state it was in cease to exist altogether.

Rape is bad and all, but once you are dead everything is over... and if there is an afterlife, and I am not saying there is one, being a rape victim (male or female) could score some points in your favor for the Heaven or Hell judgment O.o

Murder for sure. Having options (doesn't really matter what options) of what to do after becoming a rape victim beats the hell out of having absolutely no options at all after becoming a murder victim.
