sure, it might feel like the end of the world, but at least you don't have to become a poltergheist to stab the perpetrator in the groin...

How could I possibly chose between those two?
A lot of people have made the point that unlike rape, murder is permanent. True. But, the damages that rape leave behind can be worse than death. Some never get over it... they live their lives in constant fear, some in shame because they somehow believe it to be their fault, unable to trust... And those that never get over and can't deal with all that it leaves behind even attempt and succeed at suicide. Rape isn't just a violation of the body, but also of the mind - the theft of someone's free will. Ask a rape victim what they woud have chosen if they had been given the choice between the two... you'd be suprised of the answer.

If it weren't for the gutter, my mind would be homeless.

They're both bad, but murder tips the scale more than rape.
Rape victims still have a chance. To bring themselves back up, and live a happy life again.
A murdered-victim will never have that chance.
Rape victims can tell you how they feel about that happening to them. But well, a murder victim can't tell you that, can they? 😐

do you know how many people commit suicide because they got raped? and none of them live completely happy life after getting raped. they can continue their everyday lives but they always feel the fear of getting raped again. and the probability of continuing your everyday life as if nothing happened differs from culture to culture, too. for instance ask a girl who lives in iran what would she do if she ever got raped. she would say she would have committed suicide.

and no offense but it is stupid to choose between these two things. Murders mostly affects the relatives, friends of the victim. since we don't know what happens afterlife we can't really talk about the victim. but rape affects the victim most. so it is not fair to choose between them.

Well I would consider rape the worst.

Murder is just an instance where you would meet death, rape is an emotional scarring of one's life. The feeling of being violated, betrayed by a friend/family (who couldn't hold it in and raped you), the ugly old man who wants to blackmail you and will do so continually, etc...

But the things above I listed really won't happen to me since I'm a male, heh.

But it just sounds worse, probably the worse scenario case in a murder, would be being betrayed. Maybe a scandal where you thought your true love, actually loved you, but murdered you or had her your best friend do it. (IMO, this is the worst I could think of)

But whats the chance of that happening? You'd most likely be murdered for your wallet or car. Least you won't get pregnant, diseases, HIV, shunned by people who are afraid of rape victims. (had a friend that said he wouldn't date a girl who has been raped thinking she has been 'tainted' 😉 I said he was a jackass for saying that, guess people are like that.

I agree rape is worse but if someone is murdered the family has a great loss and i know what i say becuse my cousin was killed....but its both wors if a rape victim kills him/herself their is family to so its a hard questin which is worse but clear is both brings pain to victim and family!!!

Well, you can't really say that. It's easier for the general public to believe that a boy under the age of 18 was raped than it is for them to believe something like a 25 year old guy was raped. That and a lot of older guys are stubborn to a fault and will refuse to tell anyone about it. There could be hundreds of thousands of male rape victims out there and you'd never know. Its just something about human culture, I guess. So don't think you're safe because you're over the age of 18 and thus your chances have thinned out. Scary and psychotic people (male and female) can come after you too.

Also wouldn't it be a hell of a lot worse for a guy to be raped? I mean, yes its bad to be raped all together, but its a lot easier for their bodies to betray them than it is for a woman's, that's gotta be a hell of a hurtle to cross over

With that being said, I gotta say rape is a lot worse than murder. So much can stem from it, and though it might be suppressed, its a fear that can never go away. I don't think i could live with that 🤢
