Negi from Negima is actually pretty good looking (and from what we have seen from him in his adult form he will be a real killer later).

I don't know if Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai counts (protagonist looks like a delinquent with his natural blonde hair yet thin japanese eyes - he's half), but read it anyway.

Wow... going through my list, passing by many harem series or series with harems and I've gotta say, there aren't many that fit the bill...

Tasogare Otome x Amnesia - although the main focus is on the main pair, the main guy does have rather a harem, and he's definitely one of the better looking.

To LOVE-Ru and To LOVE-Ru Darkness, arguably.

Hidan no Aria perhaps. Doesn't have a huge harem following (yet).

Break Blade, though I don't know if there's really any harem, and the main character maybe looks a little too 'stupid' to be called handsome, if you understand what I mean. He loses his "baby fat" later in the series though, if you get what I mean.

Iris Zero - still only partially harem, there's at least a love triangle, the main character is at least as good looking as the other guys in the manga, I'd say.

Near Equal - there's at least a love triangle of sorts so far, anyway.

Wolf Guy - come on, you know it.
