I want to talk about "weed" and why we should unban it. I would like to hear your opinions and thoughts on this.

Some of you may know it as "marijuana"(marihuna), "cannabis", the "hash", "hashish" or the "green haze" (blue haze..depending on quality, w/e...etc)
According to the United Nations, cannabis "is the most widely used illicit substance in the world."

Now that you know alittle bit about marihuna, lets talk about its negative effects. Making people "high" (although i wouldn't class that as one).
To qoute and put it more correctly:
"Aside from a subjective change in perception and, most notably, mood, the most common short-term physical and neurological effects include increased heart rate, lowered blood pressure, impairment of short-term and working memory"

Now lets compare this to alcohol. "Ethanol is alcohol by the way"
large doses of ethanol causes drunkenness (intoxication), which may lead to a hangover as its effects wear off. depending on the rate, ethanol can cause acute respiratory failure or death. Ethanol impairs judgment in humans.
Ethanol is also poisonous in large doses.

So why not legalise maruhana?Its effects are not actualy that bad compared to the most renouwnd drug alcohol. Think about it, They can put limits to it, (units or /we mesurement you can think of). The goverment can tax the hell out of it and make profit. Stop the blackmarket. Whats to loose? Dealing with drunks is usually far worse for the police than dealing with people who are "high".

but yea it stupid to legalize weed just ban alcohol! no wait we are just to addicted to it.....and its a daily part of life if they would ban it a huge amount of stupid protest would happen
But yea why ban weed and not alcohol...

Though I no longer smoke it,
I'm in favour of the worldwide legalization of marijuana (as long as it's controlled) but seriously, posting here ain't gonna do shit for your cause, man.

Nah thats not the reason. The economy would crash without alcohol. In erope around 40% of all alchol is tax and around 70% tax for cigerates on the pricing. So in reality most of the economy is driven by alcohol and cigerates 🤣

I totally agree with you, Alcohol and tobaco which are Legal drugs have been said by most experts are more harmful than marijuana. I also would go as far as to say we should legalise cocain because it is also not as harmful to you in small doses.

harmful to you in small doses. people don't like small doses and are naturally born stupid at some things while thinking i can handle it...well newsflash u cant i rest my case but the ban is stupid that i admit just because it gives so much doesn't justify banning weeds but not alcohol and weeds btw i don't consume it (both) as i have seen its effect and know better

They can't sell pure cocain so they mix it with pain killers and so forth or any random tablets tehy can find. So people who take cocain usualy end up with an overdose of sleeping tablets, painkillers...etc. The main point is that if it was controlled.
You would know what that extra 70% of powder was right?

Well i am just saying from a perspective,

hmmm, actually its not the cocain thats truely harmfull to you. If you are buying from the streets its 30% cocain and 70% god knows what. They can't sell pure cocain so they mix it with pain killers and so forth or any random tablets tehy can find. So people who take cocain usualy end up with an overdose of sleeping tablets, painkillers...etc. The main point is that if it was controlled.
You would know what that extra 70% of powder was right?

Though, the way it is portrayed is bullshit.
When kids hear about weed not being all that dangerous,
they disregard everything they've been taught about drugs.
Then overdosing on meth.

I didn't talk about you. Weed in general is portrayed so a far
greater malefactor than it actually is. Too much of anything can
kill you, even vitamins.

Mary Jane is the way. Let me tell you this, marijuana has already gone in the process in being legalized here in california. Although Prop 19 was disapproved only by a a 7% difference, marijuana will be sold as an over the counter drug in the next five years or less.

Marijuana is a very useful drug and is not even that addicting. Marijuana is a very safe drug if used correctly. It is so safe that it is being used to cure cancer and many other health problems. If it is legal to drink alcoholic beverages, then marijuana should also be legal. Liquor is more dangerous than marijuana. If I had to choose to make marijuana legal or alcohol legal, I would definitely choose marijuana.
