My favorites at the moment are Saiunkoku Monogatari and The Wallflower aka Perfect Girl Evolution. I suppose I just like quirky female characters. 🙂

I love quirky female characters too. Right now I am reading Crossroads, and Kajitsu is very quirky! and natural. I love that manga, even though I don't know if it's a real shoujo....more like drama. Perhaps even Josei.

I pick up the odd Wallflower comic at my comic store and have a read for fun. But it's not a series that I would collect. It just doesn't seem to go anywhere.

Hana Yori Dango

I've read lots and lots of shoujo manga but this was the only one that actually made my heart ache (and that's pretty hard to achieve).

In terms of favorites though, I have way to many to name so shrugs

o wow, it IS like meteor garden! apparantly its based on hana yori dango, but i havent seen it

baka, there are probably several manga with the gender-bender ones with the main character a girl posing as a guy, such as Cinderella Boy, Power!!/Girl Got Game and Hana Kimi. I suppose not the same idea as DNAngel in the end though. 😐

I''s and Ichigo 100% aren't shoujo. I'm not sure what I''s is considered, but Ichigo 100% is shounen.

You know... all of the above hardly qualify as shoujo. They are actually more into the shonen/romance genre IMO. (Well they don't seem to be labeled as either shonen or shoujo) But seriously they aren't shoujo no matter how I look at them.
