it is just me? or whenever i fall asleep, i wake up really really hungry. even if i just went to lunch half hour ago and i just fell asleep for like ten minute, i'm still be ravenous...
is it just mind tricks? or does digestion speed up when asleep? cause sometimes i doubt its a mind trick. i wolfed down 4 chicken sandwichs once, because i fell asleep, woke up ate a sandwich, slept for 30 mins, another sandwich...so on...
and i was still hungry by the time for dinner 😲

With weight, different things work for different people, because everyone's metabolism, body chemistry, etc. is a little different. I've been about the same weight for at least 15 years regardless of diet & exercise, but it's a pretty healthy weight so that's fine. I may have gained/lost 5-10 lbs here & there without really noticing, since I'm tall & have a large frame and don't have a scale at home, but overall it's been stable.
I've really lost weight only twice in my life.
First time was when my boys were born; I lost 16 pounds overnight! 🤣 Of course I'd gained ~50 over the past 8 months, so I still had some to lose, but it just came off gradually with eating good food, being busy taking care of babies, etc.
Second time was a couple of years ago, when I was working in a job I really didn't like in the first place, with someone who'd lied & gotten me fired, working the last month or so while they found someone to take over my job. Felt like I had a rock in my stomach most of the day so I didn't eat much & ended up losing ~15 lbs. Didn't last though, it's all back now.
Not fat, not skinny, my body clearly likes to be this way so I'm not going to fight it. 😃

well, my friend took the south beach diet and lost 30-40 pounds. and now he goes to the gym frequently to stay in shape when he's in his off-seasons.
A few times now, my sister and I tried South Beach Diet foods and frankly they were crap 🤢

hahahah. maybe that's what the cause of the weight loss was? 😀
My friend fell alseep at my house and lost 5 pounds. She only slept for like an hour. I have a scale in my living room and she must have scaled herslef before falling asleep.

I've never been on a diet. Either I lose too many pounds when excessively gaming or playing on the piano, or I just lose it by exercising...Never have gained more than necessary, and I eat a lot. XD

My friends skipped meals during lunch which by the way doesn't help. Now they think I'm doing the same because I avoid school lunches (it's gross). I haven't really been on a diet before. I eat what I want to eat even if it might kill me later. 🤣
never dieted, never will (hopefully). dont have to work to stay in relatively good shape. i kinda want to gain some weight right now though

Wow BaeSooky, big bump 🤣
I've always been skinny because of athletics. I eat carefully for my health, rather than my weight.
Back when I weighed 165 lbs. around 3 years ago (due to Freshman 15, and anime/manga), I watched what I ate (no junk food, soft drinks, etc.), exercised (mostly swimming), and drank a LOT of water. Oh, and I quit watching/reading so much anime/manga (3-4 hours a day to about an hour a week).
Now I weigh 108 lbs. SUCCESS GET!
Nowadays, I don't eat meat anymore (used to), andI don't drink soda anymore. I will say, though, that I eat like a fatass. But I cancel it out by exercise. =D
108 lbs. is really small, I know, but I'm 5'4", so that's just...skinny for a guy my size.
Shout outs to all my peoples tryin to gain weight!
YA!!!
Right now I'm 165, trying to get to 180.
Mainly for body building purposes. I'm kinda skinny honestly.

I don't necessarily "diet", but I do cut out certain foods when I really want to lose weight. I eat only when I'm hungry (usually twice a day) and drink a lot of water. I'd like to lose between ten and fifteen pounds, but I'll have to exercise more to get it off, my caloric intake is low enough.

I haven't outgrown a pair of pants since I've stopped growing (which was back in middle school...tear). My weight also hasn't changed much since then, until last summer when I finally grew somthing up top (about time, too! I was 19). So, I've never felt the need for dieting and hopefully never will. When I do start to worry that I'm eating too much, I tend to eat constantly instead of anything else so I'm eating smaller meals, and stick to wheats and veggies/fruits for my constant snacks. Works fairly well and I manage to maintain my healthy weight.

So I tried on this dress a few days before, and the zipper wouldn't zip. The last time I wore it? . . . 5 years ago. I was a tad sadden. : (
It doesn't exactly stop me from eating though. I'm a glutton, but thanks to high metabolism, I don't really gain too many pounds. I'm probably getting fatter by the minute as I sit here, but it doesn't bother me too much. To be frank, I don't care how fat or thin I am. It's me. Take it, or leave it~
I don't do diets. I'm not that big of a glutton either, I like food, but not to the point of eating until I'm full. One of my sis has it tough, likes to eat and always says she is fat, tries different kind of diets too òÖ.
