Where do you purchase your manga/anime?
(from general stores (walmart), book stores/video stores (barnes and nobles/fye), speciality stores (stores that cater to anime/manga), conventions, internet, don't purchase manga/anime, etc.)

Might I suggest amending Karonhioktha's idea above to include Live Action Adaptations as well.
And my own idea, at least I could not find it using search.
What annoys you most about scanlated manga
- Low Quality Scans
- Multiple groups scanlated a series
- Erratic Release Schedules
- Bad Translations
- Hard/Impossible to find released chapters
- Series gets dropped

I would say that you'd have to add a "depends on the manga" option, or at least say "in general what kind of ending do you prefer"
Also, I doubt anyone is "okay with everything". Just a suggestion.

Manga is...
- vital for my daily functioning.
- my main activity outside of what life requires of me.
- fun when I have some spare time.
- good for when I'm bored.
- meh, I only read it every now and then or to finish series I started long ago...
