did you ever got in trouble because of manga?
-yeah, because i didn´t finish something for school/work because i was reading manga
-yeah, my grades are dropping
-yeah, i overslept because i read till late at night
-yeah, because someone found "perverted" manga
-yeah, because i used up my whole money for it
-yeah, i got a virus on the pc because of downloaing manga

How many mangas/animes do you need to have read/watched before you are an otaku?
~1 Once you've done that, you're an otaku in my book! 😃
~2-10 You read/watched that first one and just kept on going! 😀
~11-30 You just can't stop can you? 🤣
~31-50 ... You haven't flunked anything yet? 😲
~51+ Do you even sleep at night? 🤢
I'd be interested in what people would reply ^-^

no, but the numbers are to small. you can´t call a person who only one piece, but hasn´t ever heared the word anime before an otaku. many persons on this website read 50+ manga and don´t consider themselves as otaku

which type of mangas would you rather buy....
- monthly/weekly magazine versions
(as in the multiple series with one chapter each-faster release-usually very thick-ones)
- tankobans
(as in the one series multiple chapter-must wait a few months to be published-ones)
- no way i'm buying those things when there are scanlations lying around
( as in.............. cheapskate)
ps: i don't put up the aizoban, kanzenban, bunkoban, waidoban, or shinsoban because to me they're just another variation of tankoban

*ps. By paid, I do not mean scanlations job. I don't think they get paid doing those. Maybe as models, manga store assistant/keeper, photographer for cosplayers, professional manga translator, etc etc the list goes on...
