Naruto, Sauske and a couple of others... Akira from Dance in the Vampire Bund... the characters I generally hate in (any) mangas are overly angsty and usually so damned clichéd.

IMO, Everyone in Evangelion except maybe Asuka and PenPen. The only problem is I'd have to kill Shinji in his sleep 'cause I don't want to hear him scream ever again.
