This is a touchy subject. I gave a buddy of mine a black eye for acting like a man whore, and i do belive men are just as much of a sleazebag for sleeping around. I think the reason women are held to differnt standard is men's inherant insecurity. When a girl sleeps with an "experianced," guy she thinks, wow he knows what hes doing. A guy sleeps with an "experianced," girl he thinks, i wonder if shes had a guy better than me, or bigger than me.
On the other side of things, a womans virginity is a far more complex thing than a man's. The knowlege than it involes pain and the pressure to make her first time enjoyable can make sleeping with a virgin just as, if not more intimadating than sleeping with a girl with alot of experiance.

i don't mind if the guy i'm with had sex with other girls before...as long as:
we don't go to bed on our first date
he doesn't sleep with other girls (or guys) when he's my boyfriend
he doesn't have STD/AIDS
i'm a virgin (planning to stay that way 'til i'm over 18), but seriously, think about it guys.....male virgins are inexperienced 🙂

yeah but.. (not that I am one of them) people like sex. And the people I meet all like sex,... so I guess I'm meeting a bunch of man/woman sluts & whores =S
They tell me it's because it's not a crime to like sex, because "sex is good" (they're like friends with benefits, kind of thing...)
I personally can't have sex if I don't have a relationship with the guy... (like my "ex-friend". I hate it when people are nice to me just because I'm a virgin)

Whaaaaat? C'mon, it goes both ways for the whole virginity thing. If the guy isn't a virgin, what does that say? He's not totally committed? There's a possibility he might have been cheated on but I say the latter. You can't just accept the whole "I did it for the lulz" >_>

I am rather apathetic when it comes to sex. I don't particularly care about my partners sexual history - nor do I feel it's any of my business - I don't expect sex in a relationship or even want it straight away, and I don't really like people who do (on any of the previous accounts). Due to this, and that I don't find many people my age to be terribly interesting (I am a nineteen year old male, to clarify) I tend to avoid relationships and never really get past the "transient acquaintance" stage with anyone.
Getting back to the original topic, if I had a choice, I would probably prefer not to date a virgin. They tend to - at least more so then non virgins - have an almost mystical view of sex, one which I do not share and one which is likely to cause problems and/or be indicative of other, more series problems. I am not looking to date some "innocent" little person whom I can protect and care for, or a person who will protect and care for me, I am looking for an equal counter-part.
