Strangely enough I feel pretty damn good about myself when a guy hits on me, nice to know I have different options If I ever go down that road. Wish more women would be more aggressive like that. I really dig tomboys. 😀

personally i don't mind having a friend that is gay. I think it is rather cool. I think they are fun people to be around if they are the fun and loose kind. I don't have a problem what my friend's sexual preference may be. If they asked for some advice i'd talk to them about it and i'd either say "go for it!" or "i think you should find someone who deserves you more." I honestly don't mind as long as they don't try anything funny with me if they happen to be a friend of mine who is a female. Other than that i don't mind.

I'll admit that in the group I run with, "gay" as an insult gets tossed around a lot and that I am a major source of said language. At the same time, I've several gay friends, know several more gays, and they know and don't care that I use "gay" as an insult, because they are smart enough to know that "gay" as an insult has long since left the realms of homosexuality and become no more sincere than "mother fker in connotation, even though the denotation remains with homosexuality (as "mother fker"s has remained with sleeping with mothers).

I have a couple of gay friends, but I've actually never been in one of these situations. Me and my friends make lots of gay jokes but not to disrespect gays. I'm not homophobic, but I have a who is rather questionable when it comes to his sexuality. He says he isn't gay but I'm not sure. And when he jokes 'bout it and try to grab my balls I kinda find that disgusting lol. But another friend who is openly gay, I have no problem with whatsoever. 😀 😎

I think the reason you are disgusted with his actions is because, you are not sure if he is gay or not, thereby you are not sure he is joking with you or not

It was only up until a few years ago that I was homophobic, at the time I was still young and stupid, judging people before actually knowing them; personally I didn't really know anyone that was gay, didn't really care, and was pretty against it. But then I got a job at a restaurant. This might not be the trend where the rest of you live but it seems here like 2 of every 3 male servers are gay. Before I realized who was gay and who wasn't, I was already friends with most of them. It was around then I accepted that fact that gay people aren't that different, they're just normal as everyone else but just easier to make fun of. Don't take this as if i still have something against gays but I will take any chance I get to crack a gay joke. Just last year one of my closer friends, came out of the closet, but there was period of time that only a few select number of people was suppose to know and I wasn't one of them. However through a short chain of people not associated with our normal group I found out, and for a good 6 months I milked every moment of it, this was a gay joke gold mine. In the end he found out that i knew and had a good kick out of it. Now that guy is my girlfriend's roommate, and since I stay at girlfriend's place 5 out of 7 days of the week, I am consistently exposed to their gaiety and I am fine with it.

it would be a bit odd if i had a problem with gay people....
but putting that aside, i dont care what others think, i talk how i wanna talk and live how i wanna live, i dont use gay in a bad way when talking about someone or something, but i dont have a problem with people that do, or people that are homophobic and try to judge me or my friend, couse from everything i've seen, most people that are homophobic are very simple minded and just fear difference in life, either that, or religous fanitics
i am not saying thats always the case, but its pretty much all i've seen

A person's sexual attraction is not a showing of his/her personality, (what do I care which gender this person sleeps with 🤣 )

If I meet with homophobic reactions I try to convey them otherwise or get away from them.
