But I don't want the female mc be all bothered by it. I prefer that the bullying is in the main story and not just some side event because the female lead is dating some popular kid.
I tried searching for 'Bullying' and 'Indifferent Protagonist' but I only got Orange Marmalade as result (which I'm already reading).
So....do you know a manga like that?

I literally just finished this about 2 minutes before seeing your post:
You should know it's a oneshot, and I know all the examples you gave were series - but it's really good and well worth the read.

Ran to haiiro no sekai has the bullying as a continuous thing, but the times when she is at school is probably only 20% of the manga...maybe 30% at a a push, so its not a trivial side story but its also not the main focus. Her attitude towards it is strong though.
I'm pretty sure they've got strong mental attitudes in Dramatic love album and Doll star too.

Akuma to Love Song. It starts to drag pretty early, but the part worth reading focuses on exactly what you're looking for.

Doll Star - Kotodama Tsukai Ihon sounds kinda good...the rest...meh. 😛
I will also try Akuma to Love Song. I've been wanting to read that for quite a while but I keep ignoring it but this time I will read it!
