Try Tenjou Tenge it made by the same artist that made Airgear

Although I doubt it'd be to your liking, Emma has many beautifully drawn women.

Battle Royale has decent art, if you don't mind the bloody story...
Love Hina is a decent story with decent art....

Well yea, i know, it could be muuuccchhhh better, but i liked the style, and some of them turned out pretty good, i really liked the way Vol 13 + 14 turned out, so....i figured it would be ok, if listed as decent/ok
