I agree,
everything by Nobuo Uematsu is beautiful
and Aerith`s theme is one the best melodies
he has composed.
Although personally i prefer the Orchestral edition
over the piano one 😀

That song is very very deep, but I wouldn't call it beautiful, more like heavy. @Kaioh, that is the only FF song that have heard, and i agree it is a beautiful song. Do you know who wrote it?
I still think that Little Wing is the most beautiful song (from the 20th century anyway), but Body and Soul by Thelonious Monk is beautiful too.

I'm sure I've raved about this song in lots of threads on here already. It's about the singer's mother who died after being in a coma for almost 10,000 days. Great lyrics.

Many of the stuff Nightwish did...especially She is my sin and Feel for you...pretty underrated songs but they're one of the few that ever got me on the brink of tears...not because I could relate or anything but simply because of how beautiful they were.
The song from the opera scene in FF6 is amazing too...okayokay I have to stop spamming with FF all around 😀
