I would have said Kanata Kara, but that's already been mentioned, so all I can do is back up.
Also try Tokyo Crazy Paradise - don't get freaked out by the gender bender label, since all the main characters either know from the beginning that she's a girl or realize it anyway from the first chapters. It's a really good action - adventure.
