I think Ichimaru is a bit underestimated here. He wouldn't be Aizen's partner-in-crime if he hadn't had power. I would really love to see his Ban-Kai.
Of course, Ichigo will have the strongest one, but well.

No she doesn't have Yoruichi's soul slayer. I'm pretty sure I read that people can't pick up or use other shinigami's soul slayers. Anyway Soi Fong asks Yoruichi if she (yoruichi) remembers her (SF) soul slayer's special ability.

Tsk, tsk.. Have you've seen the beginning of Bleach in Anime or Manga..? Trust me, if you haven't read Bleach in Manga you'll miss some details..

Like Tousen's whole background.. In the anime, they didn't went into detail about that.. Though I find it important information..

He was in love with a woman, he practically adored her.. and the woman was a good person who believed in justice and making the world a better place..

A time later, she suddenly said that she's going to get married,.. and after that she never came back to Tousen, though she promised it.. The guy was a shinigami, and she wanted to become a shinigami too..

At the end, her own husband killed her.. Because of some petty argument, he killed one of his friends, and she scolded him about it..

At her funeral, Tousen picked her Soul Slayer, and continued to fight with it..

Which means that people can pick up other shinigami's soul slayers, though it's rare..

Here's the fragment of the chapter..Italic are Tousen's thoughts:

She: I can see the stars, Kaname..
Kaname: Yeah.. She was a beautiful person.. I don't know what her face looked like.. But I know she was beautiful..

She: I like the night sky, Kaname.. Oh.. Because the night sky is like the world we live in.. Everything is shrouded in darkness, except the twinkling stars who remain visible.. But there are clouds that try to cover up those lights.. Don't you think so, Kaname..?
Kaname: Yeah..

She: Thank you, but just be yourself and stay here like before.. So that when I find time to come back, you can listen to me talk again..

She sounded very happy when she said, "Then it's a promise!".. But after that day, she never came back..

*Her husband killed her.. He killed a comrade over some petty argument, and then he killed his wife for scolding him about it.. Her desire for a peaceful world that was stronger than anyone's.. Her sense of justice that was stronger than anyone's.. She chose to fight for her beliefs, but in the end, she died before she could even start.. Was she lacking something..? Is it not enough to have a strong will to fight for peace and justice..? In that case, I want strength.. I want the strength to help me create peace..

If it's not enough to believe in justice, then I will become justice.. I will seek out all the evils of this world and wipe them out, like the clouds in the sky.. I swear I will, for justice..*

That being said I think Soi is the type to want to over come Yoruichi with her own power (eg. using the technique she thought she alone had developed.) So I feel even if given the chance she wouldn't have taken Yoruichi's zanpakuto over developing one of her own that would be better.

And I just thought of something that will probably never happen but would be hilariously Ironic if it did. What if Hanataro came out and developed the end all be all invincible bankai? I would die from laughter if that happened.

Totally forgot how embarrasing and I actually read the chapter about Tousen yesterday. But doesn't say that someone elses soul slayer is extremely heavy for a diffrent person. I can't remember maybe I read it somewhere
