overrated is something like death note where it is immensely popular and people who are not into manga say its the best ever when they havn't read anything else. don't get me wrong its a good manga but its not the "best ever"....... noblesse i can probably say 99% of the people who read noblesse read it because they are really into manga it isn't that famous.
something amazing about noblesse was asked here is my answer to that noblesse isn't a romance vampire story twilight or vampire kinght. it has nothing to do with romance which is a PLUS IN A VAMPIRE story. ALSO something amazing is the characters & the story is pretty good

That's the first time I heard a manga being compared to Twilight, especially coming from someone who seems to say they're really "into" manga = =;;
Honestly, what you are saying is completely biased. WHY is the characters good, and WHY is the story pretty good? Please explain, cause I did not see a thing like that in Noblesse.
Sure, characters are good. For me, it's because I can laugh at all those who crosses Franky's path, but that's it. Noblesse lacks in every way other than that. Story's full of holes, and although it started out good... it's gotten boring and repetitive for a long time now. Not that it's bad, I don't think the author has abilities to do it any other way. Repetitive is good by now since I'm not expecting much anyways, repetitively seeing invincible Franky is more than enough. In any case, I still can't see why someone who claims to be into manga say such a unreasonable and biased thing =/.
Noblesse is a WEBTOON. For all I care, it's not supposed to be good. All webtoons are meant to start out overflowing with potential but are destined to die boring and below average in all ways. It's life, it's how things are supposed to be. I don't expect much from korean manhwa anyways, it's not only webtoons that have ability-lacking authors.

I read a big chunk of chapters after hearing that it was good, but I found it rather stale. The characters seemed one-dimensional, and I can hardly even remember anything about it at this point. For me, it wasn't particularly memorable. /personal opinion

If u keep going it grows on you, and surprisingly the plot is contradictory free. Raizel may seem 2 dimensional at first, but it slowly seeps in how much he cares for those around him, and certain pains that he hides. Noblesse is a series where one rarely openly states their feelings, but if you delve Into their actions you can still see them present. I can understand why you concluded that tho. At first I thought so as well, but if you read from start to end I can insure it will become a manhwa you cannot replace. Overall its a really unique story with lots of interesting chars, and many politlical and moral complexities occurring behind the scene.
Plus I like the art... which usually isn't my opinion with manhwa. Basically id say read till chap 130 or so. If you can't see what I'm talking about by then, I will be surprised.

Noblesse is awesome, i cant believe this topic is even open for discussion. If there are heretics and idiots who think its over rated, then they can go read all the yuri, yaoi and naruto in the world they want. To the starter of the thread, this thread has not an ounce of elegance. 🙂

But no trust me and him read enough and you'll like it although that's with a lot of different stuff.

this whole topic is a bit strange, creating a topic to counter rants about an manga only attracts more people doing exactly what you are trying to stop.
It's ok to like it, but it it's meaningless to persuade those who don't...

Yeah but it's something you have to get into I meant like there are stuff like that, that will make you have second opinions. At first you don't like it but then once you read it you like it, it happens to a lot of people it has happened to me a lot that's why I always try to read everything through.

Oh no, the Sept 21st is right but I just picked the oldest year. It wasn't Intentional since I have never heard of Benjamin Hardin Helm since now and I still don't know who he is good thing there is Wiki when you need it. lol sorry for the confusion but yeah you should try to read more Noblesse it's good.

Which is about the same thing imo: the reason you want to "know why they hate it" is because you want to publicly trash those reasons and then tell them 101 Reasons Why Noblesse is Awesome. Which, effectively, is stopping people from hating on Noblesse, either by convincing them or otherwise making it impossible to do so without being despised online.
Now, I must say that while I disagree with the rant-y style (as pointed out above by other respondents to this thread) and otherwise aggressive tone, I personally like Noblesse and I don't like people who turn their opinions into Grand Universal Laws. No, not all Webtoons are bad and no, not all of them are destined to die early and no, Noblesse is a terrible example if you want to show that Webtoons are all test-cases in failed potential. Point being (simply) that Noblesse hasn't even concluded future plot-arcs, has remained intriguing and funny and plausible, and wins in any democratic system.
And back to the point of the thread: yes, I agree Noblesse deserves its high rating, though absurd statements like "this is the best thing in the century" might not warrant space in the forum. I think accusations of "overrated" really come in precisely because too many people swoon over it. It's certainly good, but not impossibly so.
